What information we collect

We only collect information you give us or that is needed to run the website:

Contact details you provide when you call, email or complete an enquiry or quote form: name, phone number, email address, site or delivery address.
Details of the job you ask us to quote for: pour type, approximate volume, preferred date and any access notes.
Records of our correspondence with you, including quotes and orders.
Technical data collected automatically when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site. See our Cookies Notice for details.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
To schedule, deliver and invoice concrete or pump hire you have ordered.
To keep records we are required to hold for accounting and legal purposes.
To improve the website and understand how visitors use it.
To contact you about your order or, where you have agreed, about our services.

Our legal bases for this are: performance of a contract (providing a quote or fulfilling an order), our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, for example for marketing emails, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to provide our service: with drivers and site staff delivering your order, with our accountants and payment providers, with IT and hosting providers who process data on our behalf under contract, and with regulators or authorities where the law requires.

The providers that process data for this website are: Cloudflare, which hosts the site; Resend, which sends the emails from our online quote form; Google Workspace, which holds our email, including the enquiries you send us; Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies; and Google Maps, only if you click the map link or map on our contact page. Cloudflare, Resend and Google may process data outside the UK, under the safeguards set out in their data processing terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Order, quote and invoice records are kept for 6 years after the end of the tax year they relate to, as required by HMRC. Website analytics data is retained for no longer than 26 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to ask us to delete it, to restrict or object to how we process it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, call 0800 669 6500 or write to the address above. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted connections to this website (HTTPS) and restricted access to customer records.
