Volumetric concrete for Weybridge, from St George's Hill and Brooklands down to Oatlands and the river. About 18 minutes from our Effingham yard, mixed on site from 1m³.
Yes, Surex Concrete delivers to Weybridge and KT13, including St George's Hill, Oatlands, Hamm Court and the Brooklands estates, with concrete mixed on your site and pump hire where the truck can't reach.
Getting to Weybridge
We come in on the A245, cross the Wey at Plough Bridge and head up Brooklands Road, past Brooklands and the edge of St George's Hill. Without traffic it's about 18 minutes from the yard.
From the Queens Road roundabout the A317 runs through the town as Queens Road, the High Street and Monument Hill. There have been overnight closures on the High Street and Monument Hill for roadworks, so we check the traffic before a town centre pour.
Pouring in Weybridge
Weybridge drops a long way. St George's Hill and Brooklands reach 78 metres, on Bagshot sand with a cap of Bracklesham clay on the hill. The town centre and the land towards the Thames sit on river gravels only 10 to 20 metres above sea level. Sand on the hill drains well but needs a firm, well compacted sub-base. Ground by the rivers is often wet.
The houses split the same way. St George's Hill is a gated estate of 964 acres and more than 450 houses, laid out from 1911. The 2011 census counted 1,152 detached houses on the hill. Weybridge North and South have far more flats, 642 and 908 of them, alongside older houses round the town centre.
Brooklands, the world's first purpose built motor racing circuit and later an aircraft works, is now business parks. Brooklands Industrial Park, Weybridge Business Park and The Heights sit next to Mercedes-Benz World, and a new industrial building was applied for on Avro Way in 2025.
Access and permissions
Three things that shape a Weybridge pour more than anywhere else we deliver.
The estate roads are private and gated, with security at the entrances. Speak to the estate office about the delivery before you book, so the truck isn't held at the gate.
The Environment Agency's River Wey at Weybridge, Wey Meadows and Hamm Court flood warning area covers the low ground, and the town is part of the River Thames Scheme. Agree slab levels near the rivers first.
Weybridge Town Centre and Monument Green are conservation areas. A new front drive over 5m² anywhere needs permission unless it drains to a lawn or border.
Guide figures only. Your engineer, groundworker or building control sets the final grade and depth. Send us their spec and we'll batch it, including waterproofing admixture near the rivers. Concrete grades explained.
Measure the pour, enter it below, then call us with the figure. A rough estimate is enough - we batch to what the job takes.
Measure the area you're filling - a slab, footing, trench or base. Mixed units are fine.

Fill in all three dimensions to see the volume. We include a 5% wastage allowance.
Minimum delivery of 1m³ not met. We'll still quote 1m³ for the pour. Call 0800 669 6500 if you're unsure.
Tell us the volume and postcode and we'll confirm the right mix, the price and a delivery slot.
Surex Concrete delivers volumetric concrete across Weybridge and KT13 from its yard in Effingham, about 18 minutes away. The truck mixes on site, so you can order from 1m³ and pay only for what you use.
Yes. The estate is gated with security at the entrances, so let the estate office know the date and time before we arrive. If the truck can't reach the pour, we pump from the drive or road.
Parts of it. The Environment Agency has a flood warning area for the River Wey at Weybridge, Wey Meadows and Hamm Court, where the Wey meets the Thames. Agree slab levels with your designer if you're near either river.
Yes. We supply unit floors, yard slabs and hardstanding across the Brooklands business parks, from 1m³ up to full day pours, to your engineer's specification.
Basement slabs and walls are always to the structural engineer's design, usually C32/40 or above, often with waterproofing admixture. We batch to the spec on site, so a long pour stays fresh.
We deliver from 1m³. Orders under 3m³ carry a part load charge, and at 3m³ or more there isn't one.
Give us the postcode, a rough volume and how the truck gets in. We'll confirm the grade, the price and a delivery slot on the call.
